• The installation of any new part should be done by a qualified person. EXPRESS.PARTS is not responsible for any damage caused during installation.

Returns & Refund Policy

All product returns when returned, must be in its original packaging without any signs of usage, with any warranty seals intact.

LCD Screens have Warranty and UV pre-installation marks and the film on LCD and Digitizer (back & front), these must not have been removed or tampered with in any way. Failure to meet this criterion will void any warranty.

For ease of mind please test all LCD Screens prior to installation, if there is any defect with the LCD at this point we will replace your product. Any damage caused during the installation process is not covered under warranty. Contact us for further information on testing LCD Screens.

For all items believed to have been damaged in transit, all package contents must be photographed and kept for returning to the courier company. This includes all wrapping & packaging.

Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility, we do not refund return shipping.

If the product is not faulty and returned after 60 days there will be a 15% re-stocking fee payable.

All returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery.

Express.Parts will not be liable for any damages incurred during the installation of the parts.
