Shipping Policy

EXPRESS.PARTS ships orders of any size and any quantity. To make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible, and with the greatest variety of cost options, we ship through China Post, DHL, TNT, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Cost and delivery method depends on the products you order, the size of the order, and the delivery location. You can choose from available shipping methods and view shipping charges when you check out, prior to completing your order.

Free Shipping 

Order a shipment valued at $1000 before taxes and receive free expedited shipping. If you require faster shipping, contact us to upgrade to express shipping.

 

Geographic Exceptions

Estimated delivery times to addresses in the US , CANADA , EUROPE, AND OTHER COUNTRIES are subject to change. Addresses within these geographical boundaries do not qualify for our express shipping service and we cannot guarantee estimated delivery times for expedited shipping to these delivery locations.

WE do not ship to  "BOX" or "PO BOX"  and are not subject to the estimated delivery dates outlined above.

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

Orders completed at or before 4:00 PM (EST) will be packaged and shipped the same day.

Shipments and deliveries are processed on weekdays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) on Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on Monday. If you require your shipment immediately, please contact shipping@express.parts and we’ll do our best to expedite your shipment.

Delivery times are based on our best approximations and cannot be guaranteed. Estimated delivery times for shipments to the US are based on estimates from our shipping partners. Some shipments may be delayed at customs and this will affect delivery times.

If some items in your shipment are out of stock or back-ordered, the order will be shipped when all items are in stock. If you prefer to have your items shipped separately, please contact sales@express.parts Additional shipping charges may apply and will be calculated prior to shipping.

 

 

Tracking Your Order

With the exception of lettermail shipments, all orders can be tracked through the “Your Account” page on our website.

To track your order, simply enter the tracking number you were provided after your shipment was processed. If you have not received a tracking order, your order has not yet been processed.

 

Damaged in Shipment

If you receive a product that was damaged in shipment, please contact shipping@express.parts within 5 days of receipt and we’ll open a claim with the shipper on your behalf. 

Please keep the box, the packaging, and the contents of the order to expedite your claim. Claims will require approximately two weeks for processing and replacements will be organized as needed. 

 

Return Shipping Costs

We are happy to exchange unused and unmodified items. (PLEASE REFER TO RETURN OR REFUND POLICY)  With the exception of items damaged during shipments, customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending items back to our warehouse.
